jumpy video signal to AJ1200
I’m trying to lay my 60-minute 720P sequence back to DVD but I’m getting a slight jump or bob in the video about every four seconds as if there were a sync issue. I’m routed this way: from the CPU over FireWire to the AJ1200 deck, composite signal from the 1200 deck out to the DVD Video In. It’s not the connection to the DVD player, however, as I can still see the signal jump when just monitoring straight composite video out of the deck itself.
Laying back my sequences to tape or DVD like this has worked quite well before, but this time around for some reason I’m getting these video jumps. Another editor has been using this system lately so it’s possible some settings have changed, but I haven’t found anything that looks wrong yet.Thanks for any advice.
