    Could I get your suggestions on how you take footage from your project timeline and take it into Motion for manipulation? This was a common and handy process in FC7 and my colleagues miss it very much. Thank you.

    There is no “send to Motion” function in X as there was in 7. Manually open media files in a Motion project. ClipExporter might help here, but I haven’t tried it.
