  Jump Ahead One Second Reset?

  Shift+Right Arrow jumps the cursor ahead one
  second in the timeline. Can I re-set this so I jump
  forward 45 frames, instead?
  (Final Cut 7.0)

  iMac 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB
  OS 10.6.8
  Final Cut Pro 7.0
