Jumbled Blocks
Hi! I would greatly appreciate your help on this!
This video played fine in the preview panel but the exported mp4 jumbled blocks from two shots (which were cut together, not cross dissolved) when played back on VLC. This happened only once. When I played the scene over it did not happen.
Specs:
PrPro CS6 on Windows 10
SD footage upscaled.
The project began on Windows 7 and everything remained on the pc during the upgrade to Windows 10.
Please advise me at your earliest convenience! as to the possible cause and remedy!

It also happened with another export of the same video. What is the cause? How can I fix it?
