Jittery Video when compressing
Ok, so here’s the sitch 🙂
Usually when I am done in FCP I make an .mov out of my timeline, throw it into media encoder and send it on it’s merry way to youtube.
However, yesterday media encoder decided to throw a wrench in the works.
I have a 1920X1080 Apple Pro Res 422 clip that’s 22.04 gb and approx 28 min.
Now usually I can drop it into Media Encoder, select H.264 and the Vimeo HD preset (.mp4) and start the queue and playback is fine, but now when it plays back, I get jittery video.
I tried to export the .mov as an .mov in Quicktime and try it but no luck.
Any suggestions?

BTW I’m running 5.0.1.0 on a mac os x version 10.6.8 with 2 x 2.4 ghz quad core intel xeon and 20 gb 1066 mhz ddr3 memory 🙂
