  jittery snow

  I’m using BCC8 particles/snow in AE CS6, but whatever I do with filter settings (even when using it in Prem. CS6, which is also possible) the snow doesn’t fall smoothly. It jitters. Using it on alpha channel doesn’t help either. Comp either 720p or 1080p, doesn’t make any difference.

  Win7 64, i7 930 @ 2.80GHZ

  Any ideas?

  OK, found it: I used it on a layer with a still. When I use footage it works fine. Any idea how to solve that?
