Jittery Playback on Exported Premiere Pro CS4 Files
I am pretty new to Premiere and am having a problem figuring out why my exported videos are jittery when playing back. I have Googled the problem and have tried several suggestions:
I am exporting a WMV file to an FLV (although the problem persists with other export formats as well). I am choosing a frame rate “same as source” and have tried increasing the bitrate from the defalt 1500 up to 4500. It has improved somewhat, but the problem has not been eliminated.
I have noticed this problem so far only when exporting WMV files. Can someone give me any idea what is happening?

That’s a complicated question. There are a bunch of factors.
Are you reducing the frame size? If so, are you deinterlacing before resizing?
Does your source have fields? Does your output have fields? If so, are your field settings consistent throughout your project?Vince
