    Jerky Play Back – Premiere Pro 2.0 & 3.0

    Hi People,
    Need help!!!!!, I have installed Pro 2.0 & 3.0, however all I get is a jerky playback video in both Edit & Monitor windows, yet the captured clips playback well in Win. media player
    Specs:DELL Vostro 220s, Duo core 2.6 GHZ @, 1GB RAM, 320 HDD of 7200 RPM.

    Need help to sort this out.
