Using AE CS4, I’m exporting a 32 second animation of some still images (with audio), some of which scale slowly over a 3 to 4 second period to fill the 400×540 area. The typical image may scale from 100% to 150%, more or less.
The previous image fades out during the scale of the next image, and so forth.

The still image is jerky during the scaling anim.

What are the best ways to prevent this jerkiness in a swf exported from AE?

I tried lowering the frame rate in Composition Settings, and the JPEG quality in swf export dialog, but that doesn’t help.
I don’t see a bitrate option for swf export in AE.

So, are there any filters I could add to help smooth the scaling of images?
    Or…?

I searched the forum and FAQ, and other sites, but nothing specific to swf animation export popped out at me.

…by the way, the images are on layers in an imported PSD.
