Jan, I need your help with an LH1700
I have posted in 2 forums, called Panasonic and have yet to hear concrete an answers. I know that this is probably not really your department, but my issue has to do with the color accuracy of this monitor (which some think it is cheap, I think it isn’t 🙂
In a few words, it is VERY green. That’s after calibration and compared to both a Sony LCD and Panasonic CRT broadcast monitor (both calibrated of course). This coming from the HPX 500, HVX 200, and Aja card bars, on both component and SDI.
This makes judging colors impossible on what is otherwise an excellent all around monitor. After searching, I have seen many others complaining about this same issue and am wondering how it can be resolved. Is this something Panasonic is aware of ?
Again, I don’t mean to put you on the spot, simply trying to get a bit more info on the issue.
