    Jaggy/staircasing in text

    I made the text in Photoshop and I used the type>anti aliasing crisp effect (as well as every other anti-aliasing effect) and then transferred it over to After Effects and the jaggies/staircasing is really apparent. Any ideas anyone?

    I tried this and the stair stepping is still there. Could this be a problem with the original photoshop text file?

    thank you thank you. have been using after effects for years, and i couldn’t figure out what the heck happened to my text all of a sudden. must’ve accidentally hit that toggle button.
