    Hello,
When importing a .psd file into AE it has horrible jaggies and looks overall like the resolution is much lower than when opened in Photoshop. The resolution is 3264×2448. It looks great in PS where I added two adjustment layers and cutout a couple of areas(windows in a building). The layers were then merged. Is there an antialiasing setting in AE that I’m missing? Or am I making an error during import? Thanks, UJ

another bit of info: tried saving the file as .png, and also imported by AE as layers; didn’t make a difference. A bizarre thing happened in AE when I drew a mask around a pixelated area – the jaggies and blockiness were gone! And that was without any effects added. Mode set to add. So the resolution is still there. Can’t use that though, a mask around the whole photo didn’t do anything.
