I purchased Izotope RX 3 and use is on my PC in my studio. I’m no the road now and need it on my laptop but when I try and install it won’t let me and says the serial number is already in use.
I’ve emailed the company three times now and they don’t respond and there is no phone number on their site to call.
    Can anyone help?
    Anyone have their phone number?
    Thanks
    Roger

I just answered you with everything you already know… so I deleted my post…

Would it be of any help to allow you to use my system with TeamViewer and work remotely?

    Hi Dave,
That’s really nice of you but we have no internet here at our cottage in NC and I have to be at a cafe or somewhere that does in order to even do emails.

That puzzles me! If you don’t have an internet connection presently on
your laptop where you are, how does it recognizes that your serial number
is already registered and in use!

If you need a small amount of RX work done, get in touch.

Why not get off the SN and switch to Ilok?
But for now. Go to gmail create a new account.
Download RX4 demo and use the new email account. That should get you 10 days full function. But i use ilok to avoid this.

I’m not familiar with ilok but will check it out. Would really like to use the program I have paid a lot of money for to begin with and then don’t have to “learn” a new program.
Demo’s a good idea but really won’t solve the problem as I’m up here all summer.
Can’t believe iZotope doesn’t respond to my emails. Does NOT give me a very good feeling about their company.

It’s basically a dongle BUT you can put multiple software packages on a single unit. I use it for all my audio software. Most audio software supports it. Isotope definitely does I use it for RX4 and did on RX 3.
You might be able to buy the iLok online ( it’s about $30.00), have it shipped to you and transfer your license to the ilok.
It’s all done online. I’m not sure, because you have license running it may not allow you to transfer but I think it might. Then you just plug the iLok into what ever computer you want to use RX3.
