  I’ve been blown away!!!

  I saw 300 yesterday and all I can say is WOW! If anyone finds any tutorials on some of the effects they used please post. Now on to my question.

  I saw a short video clip on the net the other day where one guy punched another and the punchie went flying super fast and far, I have a rough idea how this was done (with masks) but not sure. I can do some super jumping and landing, but multi actor action is what i would like to accomplish, any help?
