Its raining…..
hello everyone
i had to make a shot where a comany logo appear on a car door’s glass through rain
let me describe you the whole scenario i’ve a footage of a car travelling in a night scene and its raining, the shot has bee taken
by the sideways so the actor is also clearly visible its like a lime light shot of a famous movie star ..
i had to appear a logo through rain kind of effect and im wondering how it can be done any suggesion or work around will be very worthy for me

Hey,
If your using AE 6.5 then have a look at this, I did this up quickly for someone a while back. I’m not sure if it’s what you looking for sounds like it’s not but it might head you in the right direction. The AE file is in the .rar folder if you wanted it ..

but the scenario is a bit different here .. we have to logo placed on a mirror a sunglass kind of thing
and when the rain drops passes over the logo then the logo start to reveal from that part.. -

that effect is really nice, i wanted to have a look at your AE file but cant open it, what is a .rar extension? do you have a .aep file that i could look at, i have AE 6 but will get 6.5 in the next couple of days if that helpsHayden
