Just watched the “Watch the Final Cut Pro Overview” Video…i am slightly worried that Apple Color is now dead…please say it isn’t so, Apple.

color has been merged apparently into FCPX so has STP

there is no word on the existence of a viewer window…

or R3D support (i know… 3rd party plugin, but still… you would expect it to be part of the app)

trim tools look interesting and very diverse… and finally there is TOP/TAIL trim display … been wanting something like this for years 🙂

its downloading slow…

Yup seems color has been absorbed.

So im getting da vinci…… i really do think grading should be done in a seperate app altogether.
No R3D support sucks but may very well be a good thing, we’ll see DID NOT see any mention of XML import or export, correct me if im wrong
