It says I am in moderation but I’ve been a member for many years and done nothing wrong.
Hi,
Whenever I post to a job request I receive a message saying that I am in moderation because either I am a new member or have not obeyed forum rules. I have been a member for many years and don’t recall ever breaking any forum rules. Are my job applications going through or am I wasting my time applying for them?

You are not in moderation. But ALL JOBS & JOB REPLIES are moderated. No exceptions.
There were too many fights and insults in the jobs area and so we have moderated the whole section, everyone.
It has made the section much more civil and professional.
I hope that clarifies what is happening.
