It is possible to make multiple menus within DVDs?
I’m wondering if it is possible to do something like this with existing DVD authoring software, without having to develop a software program.
I basically want to start a video, and then ten minutes in, it stops and gives the user another menu to choose from four other videos. At the end of each of those clips, it would show another menu allowing them to choose from one of several other clips, and so on.
Is something like this possible? What kind of software would I need?

Any graphics design tool….or am I missing something in your post?

Just about any Professional DVD authoring program can do this all you need to do is read the manual.
All you are doing is end jumping each video to the needed menu.
