  Issues with playback of HD material

  Hi,
  I’ve been editing some PMW-EX1 footage (720p50) on vegas, but the full preview jitters, and even a “half” preview sometimes doesn’t display all the frames. I do have a relatively new core-dou PC with 2GB memory and tried both internal SATA drive and external USB-2 one. Do I absolutly need a video editing card?
