Issues with Particle Illusion and AE
Hey guys! Im new to this forum so if I posted in the wrong place, I’m sorry. Ok so here’s my question:
I want to import a particle effect from Particle Illusion to AE CS3 on a mac. But the thing is that instead of having 1 PNG file that lasts lets say 10 sec, I have one PNG file for every frame (like 300 individual files). How do I put them together in order to use one single file in AE? Btw, I have to get rid of the black background.

Just export your project as avi file using the Lagarith codec (if you don’t have the Lagarith codec, you can download it from the internet). Don’t forget to include the alpha channel in the settings for the Lagarith codec (assuming that your Mac will also work with the Lagarit codec…).
