issues with invigorator pro, trying to upgrade
Hello,
Got a couple of problems.
I am running invigorator Pro on a Macpro in AE 7.0.1
I cannot get any image in the preview window. (The window that comes up after hitting the red button)
Everything works, I can add surfaces etc, I can get a test screen, but nothing but a blank white screen in the window. meaning you have to work blind.I am running version 4.0.8
I have tried to upgrade on the zaxwerks website. filled out the form and its told me a link has been sent to my address. I haven’t received a link. I’ve check my details and I have given the right email address. But I haven’t got the link.
How long should it take to get an email with a link?
And will this upgrade fix this issues, or is it something else?Thankyou

Hi seamus,
The email link is virtually instant, in my experience. I would contact Zaxwerks support directly.
