  Issues with importing Premiere Sequence into AE

  I am trying to import my Premiere Sequence into AE. I am using the CS2 suite with Premiere Pro and AE Professional. All of the footage is 720p at 60fps. When I bring import the project and open the sequence in AE, all of my clips have lost their in and out points. The return back to their beginning points but keep the same length. A I doing something wrong. Has anyone had this issue before?
