Issue with Changing Sequence Settings in FCP7
I am editing a music video in FCP7, I shot in HD, against a green screen, and also purchased HD stock footage to use as backdrops to the footage of the band. The first clip I imported into the sequence was a low-res temp file, and now all of the HD footage has been minimized to match the first low-res file.
I was advised to create a new sequence, first adding an HD clip onto the timeline, and then copying and pasting the original cut onto the new sequence, then to individually resized each clip to fit the new sequence settings. However, it seems to have extended the video’s timecode, as it no longer is in sync with the song. There is also strange grid-like lines running horizontally and vertically through the clips when I play it back.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions…
Thanks in advance!
