    Issue tracking system recommendations

    Anyone have a good issue tracking system? I want to have an application where the editors will be able to fill out an issue form which would then generate a ticket number with their issue and be sent over to engineering.

    Then we can deal with each issue one at a time in the order they are received. If anyone out there has good piece of software for this please let me know. Thanks!
