  Issue relinking to XDCAM footage

  I’m working on an old project where all the files have been moved to a new drive. I’m having issues relinking all of XDCAM footage. When I use the ‘Relink’ feature or the Source Browser, Avid can locate the footage, but when I click on it to play the following error appears:
  

  If I click ‘Continue’ it will play through fine, but when I try to transcode the media this error appears and the process stops:
  

  I should note that I couldn’t even link to the XDCAM footage until I downloaded an XDCAM plugin – so I’m not sure if that’s part of the problem.
