Isolating foreground to use as a video transition
I have three Glidetrack shots which I plan to cut together to show a transition down through a rainforest to a burrow. The shots are: down through forest, down past lizard on leaf, and down through earth to burrow. I would like to isolate the foreground of the middle shot (lizard on leaf) and play it over the top of the transition between the other two shots. I’ve experimented with moving sky replacement, is this the sort of process I would need to use?
I hope this makes sense, I’ve included the lizard on leaf shot.

I can’t see your video due to network restrictions where I work, but from your description of what you want, I would say that it’s just a task of rotoscoping. Much info and tips on rotoscoping here: [link]
