    Hello everyone!
Im sure someone asked this question before but I couldn’t find it, how can I isolate a color or colors from footage and make a matt out of it in AEcs4 and AEcs5?
    Thanks in advance 🙂

You can key the color out using any of your favorite keying techniques, then use the resulting thing as a track matte.

This tutorial has an interesting method for it. In any case, depending on your footage, you will most likely have to do some rough garbage matte work, if not full blown rotoscoping.
