  Is this a Motion Template?

  Hi Community,

  I’m wondering if anyone knows if the stills below are from a Motion Template, and if so, where can I get it?

  I’ve taken over editing a comunity TV music show and they use it for their intro, credits, and bumpers. However the last editor has been using a .mov file and the credits haven’t been updated in about five years. They’d like to keep the style of the credits but update the info to reflect the changes to the crew and hosts in the last two years.
