Is there such a thing as H.264 transport stream? Or a transport stream applies to MPEG2?

If there is, which software can I use? I haven’t seen anything that allows me to do this in Compressor

    Thanks!

Typically H.264 is used within an MPEG-2 transport stream.

You haven’t been very clear on what you are trying to achieve but if you want to do the above then you’ll need Telestream Episode Pro.

Basically I need to create an AVC transport stream with constant bitrate and it shall consist 188 byte packets, and I have a lot more of specs I don’t understand yet, but, so far the enly encoding software I have is Apple Compressor and Cleaner 6.5, and I don’t think they can do this, at least I tried and couldn’t get Compressor to allow me to select constant bitrate (it was greyed out) for a dimension of 1920 X 1080.

Do you think the software you previously mentioned can do this?

    Thanks so much!

Neither compressor or cleaner can do what you want. Compressor might in the future, cleaner will never.

Episode, I’ve been informed can do it. Contact Telestream, send them your spec and get them to confirm.
