Is there are view to render the project in this camera views without putting a camera there?

for example I did one animation with a camera 3D move and if I open a new window a set it to view the top view or custom view
and what if I want to render the custom view or top view as? If not is there are quick and easy way to put a new camera to match the same view?

    Thanks

You can’t render the top/left/right/custom/whatever views.

There’s no quick way to set a camera to match those views. However, you can manually move a camera layer to the correct position and rotation, then if you want an orthographic view (e.g. top or left) make its distance from subject and focal length both the same number, something high like 10,000. They don’t have to match exactly.

But there’s no way to make a camera match the “custom view”. It’s only for working, not rendering.

I recommend you always add a camera (layer>new>camera) and use it for working and rendering. Doing otherwise can lead to problems.
