  Is there a way to have “play” start and end movie at markers?

  So basically my commentary track starts about 20 seconds before the movie and ends like 10 seconds after. Is there a way to make it so when the video plays without commentary it will start after the first 20 seconds of black video and finish before the 10 that take place after the credits?
