Is there a way to export a video in 4k .mov format using Premiere C6? I have a preset to export in UHD .mp4 but not .mov

you can create your own preset, modify an existent .mov hd preset and change the size (to 4K or UHD) and, if you need a particular ones, codec.

With Avid DNxHR codec you can export 4k in quicktime container.
You´ll need to install the Avid Codecs LE 2.6.0 update
