Is there a way to edit a Pre-Comp while viewing the main composition?
Hi there
Yesterday I suddenly realised that I was editing a Pre-comp but actually viewing it and the changes in the main composition, but now I cant work out how to do it…was I dreaming or is this actually possible?

Yesh, of carshe, dear boy.
(Sean off)Just drag the tab for the subcomp’s comp window away from the comp window group until it sort of “pops”. Then make sure that “synchronise time of all related items” is selected in the prefs.
Beware, though … having that selected can slow down big projects.
