    is there a way to copy only remaing files through media management resolve 12.5

    I was copying files to a single location through media management in resolve 12.5. it was showing 5-6 hours so i put it to process and went out.

    and one of the hard drive with source some how ejected and media on that drive failed to copy

    now if I restart the process its starts from clip one again.

    is there a way to copy only remaining files ??

    No, unfortunately if the Media Management process fails, it has to completely start over. I agree with you — this is a bug that should be fixed. One really bad one is if it misses just one file, no matter how small (even 5 seconds), the whole backup/management copy routine comes to a halt. I would like them to just pop up an error message that says, “file not found — continue? (Yes/No).”

    Agreed !

    I noticed some how it calculates some data as it showed me all used clip size 996GB and when I started again it showed 7GB only but never started the process.

    So started again,,
