To get all the audio at once, you could experiment with editing an EDL.

For example, if only video, the EDL entry will have V at character 15 (CMX EDL format). If you export an EDL, you replace that V with AA/V, and re-import the EDL, the sequence will now have the audio and video.

You could also play with XML to see how the info is coded there.
