The closest thing I know is “NewBlue MB Zoom”, but it doesn’t have that smooth bounce at the end.

You can easily do that using Newblue 3D Explosions with the
Coming at Ya! preset.

Thank you, the correct name is “Newblue 3D Bouncing Cubes”. It appears to be the same effect used in the video reference 🙂
