    Is the PDW 530 NTSC to PAL switchable?

    Hello dear cow members,

    I have an urgent question. A client is asking a quote for a PAL camera that shoots in IMX format.
    Am writing from Brazil, in the NTSC zone. The camera rental places where just about to close and they could not tell me if you could record in PAL with the PDW 530.

    I have an XDCAm 350 and I can switch it from Pal to NTSC in the menu. Is this something that can be done with the PDW 530?

    Nick,

    Can not be done with PDW530. These cameras are either NTSC or PAL, different models. Can be done with PDW700/800. These are universal “world” cameras.
