I have footage from camera 1 shot that is on time line with chroma key (lots of tweaking)and I have used a parent track for proper size motion.
I have footage from camera 2 shot that is also on time line with chroma key and text also useing a parent track.(also lots of tweaking)
I now want to sync these two shots with there effects and text and use the mutli cam edit feature without disrupting all the work I put into Cam1 Chroma shot and the same for cam2.
Would I do this by keeping each conglmeration in a seperate veg file and then nesting the two veggies and then useing the mutile cam mixer? or is there another way to skin this kat?
    Hope the question is clear

Since multi-cam will want to see each camera as a track, your best bet is to use nested veg files. Just save the chroma keyed camera work as a single project with nothing else in it, then drag that project onto the timeline of your muti-cam project and it will behave just like any other piece of media.

I have a relatively fast computer. But I am having a hard time viewing my project prior to rendering. Is there a upgrade or video card or something I can get to view unrendered files better??
or how fast a computer do I need. Or can you use proxy files with Sony Vegas? or should I convert the format from 1920×1080 MP4?
    Open to anything????

The Sony EX1 produces MXF files that a Core i7 2.8Ghz should edit very easily. Something is wrong if you are having difficulty with the files from your camera with that computer.
