I am cutting a video that is pretty much just a highlights video for a corporate event. I have selected the shots that I want, but I somehow deleted the audio from the timeline. Is there a quick and easy way to bring back or re-link the audio for the clips that I have on the timeline?

    Sure….
Park your Playhead on the first frame of the clip in the timeline.
    Match Frame
    Overwrite

Yes there is an easy way. Deselect your Video Destination. Match the first frame of your video in your timeline with your source video (F = Matchframe) ..Shift F = Reveals Source video in video bin
Drag source video from your viewer to your canvas and make an overwrite edit

Marking in and out points on the timeline will help if you have multiple cuts. The overwrite edit should drop your audio perfectly into sync with your video…

if the audio is out of sync control click the red box on the audio track and select slip into sync.
