Is it possible to open a bin from version MC v6.5 in v7?
Trying to do this but not having any joy…Any tips?

Are you getting an error? If so, what does it say? It should work fine.
Or do you mean a v7 bin in v6.5? If that’s the case, you need to be on the latest release of v6.5 (I believe it’s 6.5.4).

I think it’s the version issue. It’s not 6.5.4 and the bin comes in as a named window but it’s empty. Will check out the updates… Thanks.

How is the bin being moved, to a different system? I have found issues with sending bins when the bin was open at the time of copy (MC actively running) or attaching to emails without first zipping as some email exchanges damage the header of the .avb.
