  • Is it possible to modify DPX file headers?

    Hello,
The DPX files which comes from our Arri film scanner has embedded 24.00 fps metadata. I used ImageMagick to modify this to 23.976 but after processing a number of rolls found it was also changing the Keycode prefix (removing the two letters and keeping the other six numbers). I also tried ExifTool which doesn’t recognize either framerate or key code (prefix) fields.
Is there a way to read and ideally modify a DPX file’s header data with ffmpeg? I tried ffprobe but didn’t see these fields even when using the verbose flag.
    Thank you.
    Best Regards, Brad
