Is it possible to make in AE effect like this one? https://youtu.be/hyjeZsuhbCs?t=146 It’s like foreground object comes closer and background goes far away. Saw this technique in numerous movies, i am pretty sure that this effect (technique) have a name, but i can’t find anything….

Not sure where it is in the video you posted, but it sounds like you are talking about what some call a Dolly Zoom. This is typically done in camera, though you could simulate it if you shoot green screen and add in the foreground and background in post. Won’t look quite as good though as you’d be moving flat planes (unless you build a 3D environment).
