I think we are confused because the Program Monitor only shows the frame that is under the Current Time Indicator (CTI) on the sequence.

There is no need to “activate” the Program monitor. You just need to drag around the CTI to see what you want to see.

If your Mac doesn’t do that, you have a serious problem to solve.

Hi guys,
Really sorry for the silliness here. My mistake. I didn’t have both the source and program windows in a layout that would show both at the same time. The 2 panels were side by side and (in the same panel?) and required me to click into one if i was working in the other.
If this is still not comprehensible then please just forget my stupidity and let all move onto more inspiring things in life 🙂
