    is it possible to change data rate in FCE?

    I imported two different clips from 2 camacorders. The bit rates are off so they don’t line up on the frame edges. Is there anything I can do sync the clips within a frame or change the data rates so they’ll be able to sync?

    Perhaps some more info. What codec, frame size and frame rate are the two clips and what are your sequence settings?

    I don’t understand what you could mean by frames not lining up because of bit rate so I suspect you have different frame rates which is a bad idea and needs fixing.
