is it AJA or FCP
Just installed an AJA LS and was wondering… When I load a filter to a clip on the timeline and then click on the tab for filter, the image being displayed in my exterior monitor switches from that clip to whatever is on the timeline and where the playhead is positioned. Why does it switch? Can I stop it from doing that? When I load a filter and then want to adjust it, I want to stay on that clip.

Well, in order for it not to switch… you need to double click your clip into the Viewer window. That’s the way FCP has always run.
