[Richard Angelous] “Hi, does anybody knows if apple OS X supports EXPRESS CARD port working ?”

    Working for what?

Your going to need to let us know what you want to do with a express card.

Do you mean on a MacBook Pro?

A MacBook Pro has a slot for an ExpressCard/34. Each card has it’s own drivers, obviously.

ONLY the 17″ MBP the 15″ & 13″ don’t have an express slot.

Of course. Thank God I’m not always that “brief”.

    Thanks Zane.

Small Tree sells a gigabit ethernet card for that slot. The peg34m. It works *and* supports jumbo frames.

So, does any expresscard 34 (mac or pc) are accepted by OS X ??
or do they need to be bought specially for macs, because I was searching for an expresscard 34 with IEEE1384 ports, but “all” they only mention having drivers for windows, none of them (10 models) say anything about mac-OS X supported, I’m a total ignorant on that

    any clue ??

    Thanks everyone
