  Is Audition like Fruity Loops?

  I have both Audition 1.5 and Fruity Loops. I’ve really enjoyed Audition so far but am wondering if it can create songs the way Fruity Loops does? In Fruity Loops there is a step sequencer where you can drop not only loops but audio generators, synths, pads, and other things to create a song.
