Is a portable external firewire 800 drive OK to use?
I want the flexibility to edit on my desktop and Macbook Pro, but don’t want to move projects.
What I want to do is put active projects on an external firewire 800 portable drive. Years ago, this was not a good idea.
Does anyone do this with success?
