  is 16bit in camera enough

  Hi, i’m wondering if 16bit recording into the camera is enough for television or film. A few people suggested i use a seperate recorder and use 24bit all the time. Currently, i’m using a shotgun microphone direct to camera and using vegas to post.
  Am i missing something?
