    Iris Wheel Problem

    I am having some finicky problem with our AG-DVX-100A.

    The iris dial is not opening up the lens properly. it must be overspun to open up the aperature, and when this happens it gets darker before it opens up (brightens)

    Has anyone encountered this problem before?
    I would appreciate some insight.

    Sounds like it may need repair.

    Yes, I’m having the same problem and have read on other posts that other people are having the problem as well. Sounds like a design problem to me.
